Myofascial release (MFR) is the art of manipulating fascia in the body. There are many styles and types of MFR that range from gentle to aggressive and can include the use of a practitioner's hands or tools. The physical therapists at Creekside are trained in a variety of styles and approaches to working with the fascia throughout the body with the goal of helping each body and person become as balanced as possible; from top-to-bottom, front-to-back, and left-to-right.
